The forward feature can be set by the owners of the accounts from the Webmail, and by the Postmaster through the Management menu.

The forward feature automatically forwards incoming messages to another address.

SET THE FEATURE THROUGH THE WEBMAIL PANEL:

To set the forward feature, you need to access the Webmail using the login details of the account you wish to edit.
• Click on Options -> Forward/Auto-reply,
• Activate the function by selecting the “Forward To” option
• type in the destination email address (you can specify more than one email address, up to a maximum of 5, separated by the ‘,’ symbol).

If you wish to receive a copy of the incoming messages also in the domain account, besides the specified forward addresses, you need to select the “Keep a local copy” checkbox.
(N.B. Deselect this option to forward all incoming messages without keeping a copy in your email account.)

SET THE FEATURE THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT PANEL:

The Postmaster can manage the forward option for all the domain email accounts.
To do so just access the Webmail as the Postmaster and then the “Email Account Management” menu and, after selecting the edit icon next to the account on which you wish to activate the forward feature, proceed as specified above.
