To activate the IMAP service you need to place an order on our website and then make the required payment.

Once the payment has been
processed, the service will be activated and you will receive a confirmation email.

As of then, the existing email accounts of the domain or those that are created by using the email control panel, may be configured with the IMAP protocol.

ATTENTION!!! Any modification made through the email control panel (to create, edit, change the password, delete an account etc) will NOT be recognised in real-time by the IMAP service: you will need to wait a few hours from the time the modification takes place.
