By selecting the TXT Record you can set the SPF data (Sender Policy Framework) which, through a specific syntax, allow you to indicate the hosts authorised to send emails from the @domainname.xxx accounts (where domainname.xxx is the name of the domain for which you purchased the “DNS Management” service).
To change, add or delete a TXT record you simply need to click the “Manage” button in the section relevant to the TXT Record:

N.B. You can manage the TXT Record, only if you have chosen to use the Name Servers of Aruba.
If not the settings of the TXT Record must be set on the machines that you have chosen to use.

ATTENTION: Aruba does not accept any responsibility for guaranteeing the accuracy of the data entered, therefore all that concerns the management of TXT Records, of SPF data and their enabling/certification is entirely down to the customer and no support will be provided in this regard;
